Kuala Lumpur’s Pride

The building of the World’s tallest twin towers lasted almost a decade. During the seven years of construction, the capital of Malaysia was witnessing the elevating of what is now Kuala Lumpur’s pride.

Today, the Towers, known as the PETRONAS Towers, are a favorite place for locals and a must-see for the city’s visitors. A shopping mall, birds-eye view, a sky bridge, and a 360° view over Kuala Lumpur, the Twin Towers are definitely worth visiting.

With its astonishing height of 451.8m (1482.3 feet) and its 88 floors, the PETRONAS Tower stands proudly above all other twin towers, including the JW Marriot Marquis in Dubai (355m) and the Huaguoyan Towers in Guiyang (335m).

The Observation Deck

There are two observation decks, one for each Tower. Located at Lever 86 at 370m above the ground, the decks are equipped with a telescope for a detailed view over beautiful Kuala Lumpur.

It will take you around an hour to go up to the deck, enjoy the view, take photos, and head back to the exit.

The Sky Bridge

Feeling brave enough? Go up at Level 41 to get to Sky Bridge linking the two towers. The glass-walled corridor will challenge your courage while passing over the capital from the unthinkable 170m (558m) above the ground.

IN addition to that, the 750-ton passage is not fully attached to the towers allowing the wind to move it slightly.
